Life of Parm, part 2 - grated
This may be the most obvious, uncreative use, but grating Parmesan onto pasta with nearly any type of sauce (or even no sauce, and just a little olive oil) is truly wonderful.
I'm just a Southern girl who loves cheese and wants to explore other countries and cultures by trying new types of cheese. I love to travel when I can and read about places and cultures when I can't actually visit. I enjoy history and language, and I've been studying Italian for about three years on the off chance I get to live there someday. I currently live in Nashville with my husband, Brett (the perpetual student), and our two cats. I'll be the first to admit I am no cheese connoisseur. My judging is essentially identifying whether or not I like the cheese I'm tasting. My goal is merely to branch out and try new cheeses and learn a bit about them in the process.
